Not only that, but we also have a selection of well-maintained used equipment available as backup options for our valued accounts, ensuring that your coffee service never has to be interrupted. Furthermore, we are dedicated to providing top-notch service and training for your staff. We offer two complimentary, in-depth 3-hour trainings to ensure that your team is fully equipped to serve and educate your customers on the coffee. Additionally, we are passionate about continuing education and growth in the coffee industry and regularly host private and public cuppings and classes for our accounts to continue learning and perfecting their craft.

  • We strive to ensure that your coffee is delivered to you as quickly as possible, so we typically schedule deliveries to go out on Tuesdays and Fridays. Unforeseen circumstances can occur, but we will do our best to keep you informed and make alternate arrangements if needed. Rest assured, that we are dedicated to providing you with the freshest and most delicious coffee possible, and we will make every effort to ensure that your coffee is delivered to you in a timely manner.

  • To ensure that your coffee is as fresh as possible, we kindly request that you place your orders before noon on our roast days (Mondays and Thursdays). This allows us to roast and ship your coffee as soon as possible, ensuring that you receive the freshest beans possible. By placing your orders before noon on roast days, we can ensure that your coffee is delivered to you in the most timely manner and that it retains its full flavor and aroma. It also allows us to better organize our production schedule and to make sure we have enough stock to fulfill all orders. So, if you want to enjoy the freshest and most delicious coffee, please make sure to place your orders before noon on roast days!

  • We highly recommend always keeping a week's worth of beans as a backstock. This is for two reasons: firstly, to ensure that your coffee is at its peak flavor and aroma, as coffee is constantly degassing and tastes best within 3-7 days post-roast. Secondly, to ensure smooth inventory management and to prevent running out of beans. This will give you peace of mind knowing that you always have a fresh supply of high-quality coffee on hand to serve your customers. With our backstock recommendation, you'll never have to worry about running out of beans or serving old stale coffee again!
