Bali Blue Moon

This shade grown coffee comes from the Kintamani Highlands on the island of Bali in Indonesia. After a devastating volcanic eruption in 1963, the government of Bali revitalized their agriculture and economy by providing coffee seed stock to local farmers. Today, coffee is grown on over 7,000 hectares.The arabica coffee varietals of Bourbon and Typica are grown at 1,299 - 1,699 masl among shade trees including Orange and Tangerine. The coffee is wet hulled.
