The Colombia Timaná is a testament to the collective effort of 150 smallholder farmers. These devoted growers meticulously nurture and harvest each coffee cherry at the optimal altitudes of 1500-1900m.
Experience a tantalizing mix of stone fruit, citrus, and dark chocolate notes, culminating in a sweet, satisfying finish. This washed process coffee, grown on the slopes of the Colombian Andes, beautifully combines the distinct flavors of the Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties.
Brimming with unique characteristics, the coffee benefits from the region's young, volcanic soil, rich in nutrients like potassium, nitrogen, and the yield-enhancing Boron. The soil’s ideal structure facilitates coffee growth by providing optimal moisture retention and drainage.
